Caria
Caria is the first AI-driven digital therapeutic for menopause, designed to provide personalized guidance, evidence-based interventions, and community support for millions of women navigating the post-reproductive life stage.
Bringing menopause into the 21st century.
When we started Caria in 2019, menopause was a blind spot in healthcare and innovation—a space overlooked by technology, venture capital, and brands. Women were left confused, unsupported, and often misdiagnosed, struggling to understand what was happening.
At the time, very few products even acknowledged menopause, let alone provided solutions. We saw a massive opportunity to apply AI, data-driven insights, and research-backed interventions to make menopause care accessible to modern women.
A smarter, more personalized approach, powered by AI.
Caria combines AI, an evidence-based behavioral program, and a supportive community to help women navigate menopause with confidence. Its AI-powered assessment determines a user's menopause stage within minutes—a process that typically takes years of uncertainty, misdiagnosis, or dismissal from doctors. With this critical insight, women can easily understand what’s happening to their bodies and take action.
Caria also provides a clinically validated behavioral health program, proven in a randomized controlled trial (RCT), the gold standard of evidence, to significantly reduce some of the most disruptive symptoms of menopause.

The first modern menopause brand.
Beyond the product, Caria redefined how menopause was perceived in culture and healthcare. At a time when menopause branding was clinical, outdated, or nonexistent, we built the first modern, women-focused brand—one that made menopause visible, approachable, and empowering. Caria was the first solution for menopause to ever be featured on the front page of the App Store, and on a billboard in Times Square.
Caria’s brand set the stage for an entire category of menopause-focused innovation. By creating a design-forward, authentic, and relatable identity, we paved the way for a wave of new solutions, investment, and conversation around menopause that followed in the years after.
